Six clauses out of several thousand words
Terms documents are long because they must be, and almost none of the length affects a player. Six clauses decide nearly everything, and finding them with the browser's own search takes about two minutes.
- The withdrawal clauseSearch for withdraw. The maximum processing period and what puts a payout into review.
- The wagering baseSearch for wagering. Whether the multiple applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus.
- Game weightingSearch for contribute. The table that decides how fast anything clears.
- The maximum bet during a bonusSearch for maximum bet. Exceeding it voids the bonus, automatically.
- The dormancy clauseSearch for inactive. When a balance starts being charged or forfeited for not being used.
- The amendment clauseSearch for amend. Whether terms can change with effect on an existing balance.
Two more if there is time
- The refused-country clause. Not a geography lesson — it matters because an account opened contrary to it can be closed with the balance in it, and the list is the operator's own.
- The bonus abuse clause. Deliberately broad everywhere. Reading it tells you how much discretion the operator has reserved, which is the honest measure of how predictable the site is.

What a good terms document looks like
Figures rather than adjectives. A processing period in hours, a threshold as an amount, a weighting table with percentages, a review trigger described specifically enough to be checked. An operator that writes this way has decided to be held to it, and that decision is more informative than any review.
The reverse is equally informative. A document of several thousand words that commits to no figure at all has been written to preserve discretion, and every reading of it should assume the discretion will be used.
Where this shows up in the scores
Heavily. The score on this site measures what an operator publishes as much as what it offers: a clear verification threshold scores, a published refused-country list scores, a licence resolving in a register scores. A site can be perfectly decent and sit low because it documents nothing, and the how we rate page says so plainly.
The other guides
Alongside this page in the same section: new brand, old licence, comparing two new casinos, what actually makes a casino new and checking a licence yourself. Each one takes the same twenty-three casinos and the same three dates, and asks a different question of them.
Further out: new crypto casinos, the launch register and every casino in the catalogue. The catalogue behind all of them is the same, which is why the numbers on one page never contradict the numbers on another.
The section this page belongs to is the guides, and the whole catalogue with every date attached is on the launch register. The front page carries the short list of new crypto casinos by licence date.
