The one idea
Every list of new casinos is ordered by something the reader is not told. This one is ordered by the date the licence was issued, prints that date beside each name, and says where the date came from. That is the whole site; everything else follows.
What is read
- Regulators' registers. The Curaçao authority's certificate portal, which publishes issue dates directly, and the Anjouan Gaming Board's register. The date a record was read is printed with it.
- Licence numbers. The Anjouan format encodes the issue year and month, which was verified against register entries before being relied on. The Curaçao format does not, and no Curaçao date here is derived from a number.
- RDAP. Domain registration dates, from the registry responsible for each top-level domain rather than from a third-party lookup.
- Certificate Transparency. The public log of issued TLS certificates, for the first time a certificate appears for a domain.
- The operators' own documents. Terms, bonus terms, cashier and banking pages, verification statements.
What is not done
Nobody here plays. No account is opened, no deposit is made, no withdrawal is timed. That rules out a class of claims the rest of the field makes freely, and it is the right trade: a payout figure nobody measured is worse than no figure.
- No payout times, because none were measured.
- No return-to-player figures without a citable source — the game's own information panel is the only authoritative one.
- No invented dates. Where a licence date could not be established the field says so, and it says so on 9 of the 23 entries.
- No no-deposit bonus content.
- No claim that anyone here has played anywhere.

How it is funded
Through the buttons. They lead to a casino and the site may earn from an account opened after one is used. The arrangement is the same for every row in every table here, which is exactly why the ordering can be honest: no position on this site is for sale, because there is nothing to sell. A row moves when a date or a published field changes, and for no other reason.

Corrections
Registers change, licences lapse and terms are amended. Where a reading here has gone stale the honest fix is to re-read the register and change the page, and the reading date printed beside each licence exists so that a stale entry can be spotted rather than trusted indefinitely.
