A slot floor is a supplier list, so most of what looks like a difference between two new slot sites is not one. Here is the part that actually differs.
The games are mostly the same games
This is the least popular true thing to say about new slot sites. A licensed floor is a list of signings: two operators with the same studios offer largely the same titles, at the same configurations, with the same mathematics. A screenshot gallery of a new site's slot lobby proves nothing at all about that site.
Three things do differ, and all three are readable before signing up: the cashier, the bonus terms — particularly the game weighting, which decides whether slots count in full towards wagering — and whether the operator builds any of its own games.
Three dates, three different meanings. The domain can be decades older than the brand, the first certificate shows when a site was actually put up at that address, and the licence can be newer than both.
