What the verification page proves, what it does not, and who actually publishes the tools.
What the verification actually proves
For the operator's own games — dice, crash, mines and the rest — the mechanism is real and checkable. Before a round the site publishes a hash of its seed. You supply or can change your own seed. After the round the server seed is revealed, and anyone can confirm that it hashes to what was published and that the two seeds produce the result you saw.
That proves the result was fixed before the round and not altered afterwards. It does not prove the house edge is what the site says, it does not apply to the licensed slots on the same floor, and it says nothing about whether a withdrawal will be paid. Three real limits on a genuinely useful tool.

Wagering is one multiplication. A hundred at forty times is four thousand staked before a withdrawal can exist, and that product is the only figure that compares two offers honestly.
Verifying a past round, in order
Find the round in the historyEvery implementation keeps one; if it does not, the feature is decorative.
Copy the three valuesThe published hash, the revealed server seed, your client seed and the nonce.
Hash the revealed seedIt must equal the hash published before the round.
Reproduce the resultThe site's own verifier, or any independent implementation of the same algorithm.
The part that is not provable
Everything outside the game: the terms, the review threshold, the withdrawal clause. A provably fair floor with an unreadable payout clause is not a safe site, and the mechanism was never designed to suggest it was.
Further out: new crypto casinos, by settlement asset and the guides. The catalogue behind all of them is the same, which is why the numbers on one page never contradict the numbers on another.
